Cancellation & Refund

At Shikha Art Gallery, we take pride in offering handcrafted and culturally rooted products. As most of our products are made-to-order or uniquely handcrafted, our cancellation and refund policies are limited to ensure fairness to our artisans and customers.

1. Order Cancellations

  • You may request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order by emailing us at shikhaart02@gmail.com.

  • Cancellations after 24 hours will not be accepted, as your product may already be in production or ready for dispatch.

2. Refund Policy

We do not provide refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Delayed delivery due to third-party courier issues

  • Personalized/customized items

Refunds are only applicable under the following conditions:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or wrong product.

  • You report the issue to shikhaart02@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing photos/videos as proof.

3. Refund Process

Once your request is approved:

  • We will either initiate a replacement or issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.

  • You may be asked to return the defective product in unused condition with original packaging.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized artwork or clothing

  • Products marked as “final sale”
