• Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled after 24 hours of confirmation.

3. Shipping & Delivery

• We ship pan-India via reputed courier services. Estimated delivery time varies depending on the product and location.

• Delivery delays due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, courier issues, etc.) are not our responsibility.

• Shipping charges (if any) will be mentioned during checkout.

4. Returns & Exchanges

• Due to the handmade and customized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges, except for items damaged during transit.

• Damage claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographs at shikhaart02@gmail.com.

• Approved returns must be unused and in original packaging.
